Update: NCL GP IT Issue with logging onto NCLD user accounts

The NCL GP IT team have provided workaround steps for users experiencing issues logging onto NCLD devices.

When logging on, first try using your NCLD credentials. If this step fails or you have issues accessing MS Teams, follow the workaround steps provided.

Temporary credentials:

  • continue to use the temporary credentials to access affected NCLD devices
  • username: .\tempncl
  • contact your site practice manager or the ICT Service Desk on 020 4506 6006 if you require the password for this account.

Leave devices powered on:

  • advise staff to restart their affected devices at the end of the day and leave them powered on.

Accessing emails:

Accessing OneDrive:

  • this is where you store your personal documents etc
  • access OneDrive online using this link: https://onedrive.live.com/login/
  • use your NCLD credentials to access.

Accessing SharePoint:

The team is working to resolve the issues that are preventing users from logging on with their NCLD credentials.
