The NCL ICB Primary Care Team and Medicines Optimisation Team (MOT) are simplifying the way in which they communicate with general practice. Both teams will be introducing generic email addresses.

The changes will come into effect from Tuesday 1 October.

Practices will be contacted again with details of the email addresses and guidance on how to use them one week prior to the go-live date.
