NHS England (NHSE) would like to invite international staff working in primary care, along with trainees, students and learners who are on placement or considering working in primary care, to help shape the equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) improvement plan for primary care.

NHSE will be hosting two online sessions in October where staff and students will have the opportunity to hear about the work currently underway, and be invited to share their reflections and shape this new national resource. As members of the future workforce, NHSE would particularly value trainee and student insights on what they would like to see from their future employers.
