Colleagues in general practice are invited to register for a series of learning sessions focused on embedding the NHS People Promise within general practice.

Each session will explore a different theme, offering practical advice, tools, and examples to support you and your teams in creating positive, inclusive workplace cultures.

Whether you're new to this work or already beginning to embed the People Promise, these sessions offer an opportunity to learn, gain expert guidance, and connect with others to share experiences and best practice.

Who should attend?

Anyone working in general practice who wants to contribute to a positive workplace culture and improve staff experience. This includes, but not limited to:

• practice managers
• workforce or retention leads.  

These sessions may also be of benefit to those in wider roles across primary care.
