Xon Surgery connect is a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephone system available to NCL practices.

It replaces the analogue telephone system and supports additional features.

Xon Desktop Toolbar features

• change your settings, including changing devices and filing options
• see colleague availability and click to call by name
• click to call external contacts
• communicate with patients via mobile, landline, proxy number or email
• send photo requests
• send SMS
• video call
• file all communication to the patient record including multiple comms as a single consultation.

Download the latest version of the surgery connect desktop app.

NCLD laptop Toolbar installation

In the Windows search box (bottom left of your screen), type 'Company Portal', then click on the Surgery Connect app to install (auto installs without the need for admin approval).
