A primary care communications toolkit is available for practices to download that includes:

• example website and newsletter copy
• answerphone messages
• SMS messages
• social media assets
• useful links.

Rather than ordering print materials in limited quantities through the National Health Publications website, bulk orders can be placed by calling Health Publications on 030 0123 1002.

When searching the catalogue, practices may find it helpful to use an item's product code (e.g. COV2020351V2), which can often be found on the reverse or at the end of a card or leaflet. Orders will not be charged and the lead time for delivery is between five and seven working days.

Materials are also available to download from the Gov.uk Covid-19 vaccination programme website.
